How to Order HFY products

First of all, note the following:

1.  The products can be ordered online  only by partners registered in the company. Those individuals wishing to remain unregistered in the company, but at the same time to be consumers of our products, we recommending you  to contact our representatives in your or your nearest region and use their services.

2. Partner will be registered in case only when hi will fill out the registration forms shown on the company web site.

3. The first order is acquired by the client value. All of the following - by partners value which means - with appropriate discounts.

     In order to make your first order  first of all, you need to register (See How to register) and to open an account in one of the offered payment systems: W1 , Qiwi or PayPal .

       By registering and activating your registration you will get your   username and password, and will get the access to your Online Office.  You can place your first order as well as all subsequent ones from Online Office offered by company.

       To place an order, you must select the option "Buy" on the main menu of Online Office. You'll get a page with the categories of the products available in the company. Select a category, and than  choose the products you are interested. When you click on the word "Buy", located directly under the chosen product this product goes to the cart.

       When you  will click on the button "go to cart"situated in the upper right corner of the site you will see all chosen products of your order. You can change the number of your chosen products going into the cart. Than move the cursor to the digit indicating the number of a product, enter the desired number and to secure necessary changes click on the green arrow above the column "amount". If the quantity of the product were changed, the figures of  product’s value will be changed and the  worth of   total price will be changed too.   

    After making the necessary changes, you click on the "Checkout" and find yourself on the page where your details were marked on registration. If the shipping address and the address specified in the application are the same, you simply click on "Next". If you are going to get this order to a different address, you specify it in the appropriate check box, and then you are given the opportunity to fill in a form  the recipient's address, which must be carefully and correctly fill in, then click on "next".

    Attention! We remind you that the company is not responsible for inaccurate information you specified in the questionnaire and in the recipient's address, because that can be a delay of delivery, or delivery to a wrong address.

         By clicking "continue" you will turn out on the page to select a payment system. Selecting one of the proposed systems, please, click on "continue". Immediately you will found yourself on the page where you will be asked to choose a shipping method. The company offers several shipping methods according the existing opportunities.

     You can choose any products you like in unlimited quantities (Sm. Purchase limit). You also have the right to select one of three methods of delivery:

1. Pickup.

2. Delivery to the door of the house.

3. Free delivery to the front door.

     Performed the sequence of the steps described above, click on "Next". On the next page put a tick in the box on the bottom of the page proving your agreement with the terms of products withdrawal (special cases) which are described in the article "about partnership". Then click on the "confirm order". Immediately you will be redirected to the chosen payment system.

     Following the simple instructions, you will pay your chosen products. Pay attention, please, that the company will pay premium to every partner for each order he made in case only if the order will be no less than 75 PV.

Now you just have to check your email. You should receive two notices: one from the payment system -  the confirmation that you successfully made the payment to such and such amount. The second comes from the company HFY, in which you will be notified that amount of money you paid were successful received by the company. Your order will be generated and prepared for shipment. Depending on your choice of delivery method will be specified delivery time and the address where you will be able to get it.

   Selected one of the available options for delivery and paid the order ( depending on the amount the order delivery is included too) using one of the offered payment systems, your order will be delivered to the specified address within 7 working days.
