It is needed for the thyroid hormones synthesis that control the processes of development and functioning of the brain and nervous system, maintain body temperature, regulate metabolism. Low levels of thyroid hormones can influence both physical and intellectual abilities. Bladder wrack (Fucus veciculosis) – is a rich source of natural iodine.
The natural iodine in the brown alga compensates the lack of this element in the daily diet. In addition, kelp - is a source of 12 natural vitamins (A, C, B1} B2, D, E, etc.), and the essential amino acids. It contains a large amount of macro-and micronutrients much needed for humans (iron, natrium, calcium, magnesium, barium, potassium, sulfur, etc.) and in the most accessible form for assimilation.
